Warranty

For all new/unworn watches, Da Vinci Fine Jewelry, Inc. is responsible for the original manufacturer warrantys terms and conditions for two years from the date of purchase. For pre-owned watches, we offer the same warranty for one year from the date of purchase.

1. We will provide you with a fully insured Overnight FedEx Shipment within 24-48 hours of your purchase. 
2. US Shipping Fee: $150.00
   CANADA Shipping Fee: $295.00
   International Shipping Fee: $295.00

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange of equal or greater value. We do not offer refunds or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, making sure its protected from moving inside of the shipping box. We recommend not writing or printing the words "Luxury Watches" or "Fine Jewelry" on your package, for your safety.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Once we have finished processing your return, we will contact you in order to start the exchange process.

All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and used for identification purposes only. This allows us to sell luxury watches at discounted prices. We provide the sole warranty for all items sold through our site. We are not an authorized dealer or distributor of Rolex, and are not affiliated with Rolex, or any of the brands we sell.
