We are a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) luxury watch dealer that you can trust. Based just outside of London, with over 15 years experience. We offer genuine watches, authenticated and serviced by professionals with a genuine 24-month warranty. We have been a trusted seller on Chrono24 and eBay since 2009 and hope to add you to our list of thousands of satisfied customers.Visit us at The Barn by Chrono24. 
Set just 45 minutes from London, in the picturesque Hertfordshire countryside and furnished by Soho Home, our new premises offer a luxury experience like no other. Kick back and relax in one of our luxury appointment rooms, The Library or The Vault whilst viewing an item of your choice with one of our experienced professionals, before moving into the bar, where you can enjoy one of our signature cocktails, a glass of champagne or a coffee from our in-house barista.

Shipping

United Kingdom
We offer free next-day delivery as standard on all UK orders placed before 3pm. If your order is placed after 3pm we will dispatch your item(s) to you the following day. Please note, you will need to sign for your delivery and your parcel cannot be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. Please note that some items are required to be sent to eBay as part of their authentication guarantee, we will dispatch to them in line with our standard delivery terms, but cannot influence the speed at which they process their checks and sending of the package to you. 
Standard Delivery
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, and internationally. We do not deliver to PO Box numbers or Freight Forwarding Companies. We offer delivery either by courier or through the Royal Mail Special Delivery service depending on weight and size.
International and Customs
We offer free delivery as standard on all international orders. All international orders will be subject to taxes and duties in the receiver country, which is the buyers responsibility. We WILL NOT alter the customs value for any reason. We have no control over any charges and cannot accurately predict what they may be, and we are not responsible for the payment of these charges. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, we advise you to contact your local tax or customs office for more information. If you purchase an item and reject it at customs, we will retain an administrative and restocking charge for this. 
Collect in Store
Our convenient and complementary Collect In Store service is available at our Hertfordshire showroom. You can collect your items at a time that suits you during our normal opening hours. Goods may be collected by appointment only from our offices for security reasons. Contact us directly to arrange this.

Returns

Chrono24 UK is committed to the quality of our items and the satisfaction of our customers. We will gladly accept the return of items with original tags in the same condition as when sold. You may return your purchase for a full refund, in the original form of payment, within 30 days of your purchase date.
To make a return, please contact one of our team using the seller contact information at the bottom of each product listing or call us to register your return.
The customer is liable for all return postage costs unless this is agreed upon in some form by a Chrono24 UK representative. We suggest items are returned to us with an insured method of shipping. We are not liable for the cost of such methods. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft whilst the product is in your possession or being returned to Chrono24 UK. Please note any further specific returns information in individual listings.
Any extra fees or customs charges incurred on the original order are final and will not be refunded. We cannot accept the return of items that have been engraved, altered, and or personalised.
