Warranty covers any mechanical issues including timekeeping or malfunctions. Warranty does not cover broken crystals, damage caused by water or any damage caused by abuse or neglect.

We sell on a first-come, first-serve basis. Some items are one-of-a-kind and as such are subject to prior sale. Please contact us to confirm availability.

Buyers with fewer than 5 transactions or accounts newer than 30 days must contact us via email or telephone prior to placing a bid.

Your Item will be shipped after funds clear. We will email you a tracking number.

Payment

Payment is due upon the close of auction and is expected no later than 5 business days from the auction end date. We will report any unpaid auction items to Ebay after 5 business days as well as relist the item without any further notice to the original winning bidder. Returns

There are no returns on new watches or special ordered items. Jewelry & pre-owned watches carry a 3 day return privilege as long as the following criteria are met:

Upon receipt of the merchandise, you must immediately (that same day) advise us of your intent to return the purchase. Contact must be made by telephone. No email, snail-mail, or faxes

All return packages must have Capetowns return authorization number prominently displayed on the box. This number will be provided when you notify us of your intent to return. Packages returned without a Capetown Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will not be accepted.

The item must be returned, pre-paid and insured at your expense, via UPS Next Day Air Service. Additionally, it must be returned back to our Atlanta Mail-Order Center with 3 days of the shippers recorded delivery date. (In other words: if you received the package on Monday, we must get it back by the following wednesday.) Remember: Do not use Federal Express. They do not insure packages.

The item cannot have been worn, and must be returned in exactly the same condition received. Shipping charges are not refundable.
